My Mission 💕

I embrace every project that comes my way with passion, drive, and determination. I see every obstacle as an opportunity to learn and grow. Sport has been a part of my life since I was three years old — a passion that taught me discipline, focus, and above all, a strong sense of commitment and responsibility. I thrive on challenges and truly believe that growth happens outside our comfort zone.

With over 9 years of experience in Human Resources, it was in the international IT sector that I found my true path. I had the opportunity to build an HR department from the ground up. Focused on results and aligned with the company’s strategy, I played a key role in its growth and consolidation in Portugal. The results speak for themselves: a 95% increase in headcount and an 85% retention rate — in one of the most competitive markets today. All achieved through an approach grounded in transparency, empathy, and a human touch.

Throughout my career, I’ve deepened my knowledge through an MBA in Human Resources Management, with a special focus on areas such as: labor law, HR analytics, conflict management, learning & development, conflict management, emotional intelligence, payroll processing, equal opportunities, and performance evaluation.

My purpose is simple yet meaningful: to listen, support, and help people find happiness in their careers— and, perhaps, make a difference in each of their lives.
