This is your mission

Are you passionate about analyzing business needs and designing functional solutions? Then this position is for you.

As Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying business problems, defining functional solutions, and ensuring their alignment with enterprise architecture and standards.

Build side:

• Analyze business problems and identify solution alternatives
• Support business stakeholders in defining requirements
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications
• Design application solutions and define data and process flows
• Align with architects and technical teams on solution design
• Coordinate with stakeholders (project managers, product owners, asset teams)

Run side:

• Follow up development and testing to ensure alignment with specifications
• Support integration and testing phases (I&AT)
• Analyze defects and ensure resolution during testing phases
• Support release and deployment activities
• Provide support after production deployment
• Analyze production incidents and coordinate resolution
• Maintain functional documentation

You have experience in functional analysis within IT environments, working on business requirements and solution design.

This is your career path.

You have contributed to IT projects by bridging business and technical teams, ensuring functional consistency from design to production.

This is your expertise:

• Functional analysis and requirement definition
• Knowledge of IT systems
• APIs (design, testing, documentation)
• System modeling (UML, sequence diagrams, flowcharts)
• Data validation concepts (data definition, RegEx)
• Ability to read code (SQL, Java, JSON/YAML, scripting)
• Understanding of object-oriented principles and Java
• Understanding of cloud integration principles
• Agile/Scrum methodologies

•Experience in Finance or banking sector
