This is your mission
Are you passionate about IT project coordination, site integration, and cross-functional collaboration? This position is for you.
As a Site Integration Project Coordinator, you will support the standardization, planning, and execution of IT and operational site integration initiatives, ensuring smooth project governance and communication across local and global teams.
Build side
Your missions :
Support site integration and IT transition initiatives, ensuring compliance with global standards
Prepare, coordinate, and document project meetings, workshops, and governance boards
Collaborate with the IT Transition PM and Site Migration Lead on application and operational alignment
Assist in the administration of project tasks, calendars, and documentation
Support the creation and tracking of project plans, schedules, and reporting for multiple concurrent projects
Ensure adherence of working groups to project objectives and timelines
Run side
Your missions :
Monitor and report on the progress of site integration projects to stakeholders
Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and action item logs
Facilitate effective communication between local teams and global stakeholders
Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support project continuity
Assist the project team in coordinating multi-disciplinary initiatives and operational activities
Track and escalate issues to the IT Transition PM and Site Migration Lead
This is your background
You have a Master’s degree in Science, Biotechnology, Engineering, or another Technical field, with at least initial project management experience, ideally in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment. You have general knowledge of GMP concepts and are comfortable working in a structured, regulated setting.

Technologies and tools used in projects:
Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
MS Project (mandatory)
General IT tools, with ability to quickly learn new systems
Understanding of product documentation and standard operating procedures
Skills and experience:
Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
Detail-oriented and motivated to execute tasks with excellence
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus
