IT Operations. Production Engineer (DevOps/ Cloud)
This is your mission
Are you passionate about production engineering, DevOps, and service reliability? Then this position is for you.
As a Production / DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the integration of new applications, the stability of production environments, and continuous service improvement within our ecosystem.
Build side:
Participate in the integration of new applications as part of business-driven projects
Perform technical operations related to project delivery, evolutions, corrections, and incidents, in compliance with existing rules and standards
Contribute to the provisioning of production and infrastructure resources (production and non-production environments, tooling chains, etc.)
Implement technical user stories autonomously or by coordinating the relevant stakeholders
Contribute to the improvement and industrialization of build processes through automation and standardization
Run side:
Ensure support in case of blocking issues or major incidents, including crisis management on the assigned scope
Organize and lead the resolution of major and/or transversal incidents via crisis cells (mobilization, escalation, communication)
Manage problem resolution, from root cause analysis to implementation of corrective actions
Reduce incident volumes and perform weekly incident analysis
Handle technical obsolescence, capacity planning, and IT risk management
Pilot and coordinate project and run activities, including planning, reporting, and progress tracking
Coordinate technical contributors and act as a direct communication interface with all stakeholders

You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding DevOps / Production Engineering environments. You enjoy working in complex technical ecosystems, solving incidents, improving reliability, and continuously optimizing processes. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.

This is your expertise:
Technical environment (within Agile / DevOps / Cloud teams):
Linux servers (Red Hat and others)
Scheduling tools: Autosys, VTOM, or equivalent market tools
Databases (SGBD)
Cloud environments (knowledge of at least one market cloud – e.g. IBM Cloud DMZR)
DevOps tools: Ansible, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes
Scripting: Shell, Python
Language skills:
French: B2 to C1
Nice to have:
Apache / WebSphere
CFT flows
Kafka, ELK stack
Dynatrace
