FullStack Developer

Are you passionate about designing and building enterprise-grade API-driven applications? Then this position is for you.

As Senior Java Engineer / API Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing scalable solutions and leading the development lifecycle in our ecosystem:

Build side:

• Lead the design, estimation, planning, development, and unit testing of complex enterprise applications
• Translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions
• Design new capabilities and services for cloud-ready, Java-based applications
• Create, review, and contribute to technical designs and specifications
• Ensure code quality through standards, frameworks, code reviews, and regression testing
• Develop APIs and microservices using modern Java and Spring Boot practices
• Implement front-end features using Angular when needed
• Integrate applications with multiple systems through secure and efficient interfaces
• Contribute to innovation by suggesting new tools, practices, and architectural improvements

Run side:

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide teams in resolving them
• Perform maintenance and evolution on existing applications, understanding end-to-end architecture
• Monitor and optimize performance, leveraging profiling tools when relevant
• Manage and report technical risks and propose mitigation plans
• Support production deployments and ensure stable releases
• Maintain source control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform reliability and service quality

You have at least 5–7 years of experience in demanding development. You enjoy solving complex technical challenges and are constantly innovating. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration

You have built strong expertise in enterprise Java applications, with exposure to API platforms, microservices, and cloud-ready architectures. You continuously seek to master new technologies and contribute to high-impact initiatives.

This is your expertise:

• Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and API/Microservices architectures
• Front-end technologies, preferably Angular
• SQL/RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL)
• Build and DevOps tools: Maven, Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube
• Linux/Unix environment, basic commands and shell scripting
• Design patterns, development best practices, integration of n-tier applications
• (Nice to have) API Gateway (Apigee), OAuth2/OpenID Connect, NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra), Kafka, Redis, performance tuning tools

Language Skills:

• English – Expert
• French (nice to have) - Practice
