Business Support Analyst

Are you passionate about supporting business applications and ensuring secure, efficient user access management? Then this position is for you.
As a Business & Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for managing user access and supporting business applications and daily activities in our ecosystem.
Build side:
- Participate in new business implementations by analysing requirements and testing functionalities
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline business and access-related processes
- Contribute to projects related to business applications and access management
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and setup of business software
Run side:
- Perform user account management (creation, modification, deactivation) and ensure access rights are aligned with policies
- Monitor IAM logs and coordinate corrective or preventive actions with Business Owners and Technical Owners
- Ensure compliance with security standards and internal procedures
- Monitor and follow up activities performed by the external IT Helpdesk and support local business needs
- Identify technical issues in business applications and contribute to performance improvement

You have at least 1–2 years of experience in demanding IT Support, IAM, or Application Support environments. You enjoy solving technical issues, supporting users, and improving application performance, and you are constantly innovating. - Minimum 1 year of experience in similar activities
- ServiceNow
- Active Directory
- Systematic, autonomous and logical thinking
- Microsoft Office 365
Language Skills:
- English – C1
- French – A2
