IT Engineer

This is your mission

Are you passionate about building and supporting high-performance file exchange platforms? Then this position is for you.

As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for operating and improving our exchange platform and providing high-quality technical and functional support in our ecosystem:

Build side:

• Clarify and qualify client requirements
• Estimate feasibility, complexity, and costs of new demands
• Design, implement, and validate technical and functional solutions
• Contribute to platform improvements and evolution initiatives
• Participate in studies and PoCs to enhance the system
• Apply structured test procedures and ensure delivery quality

Run side:

• Provide reliable technical and functional support to internal clients
• Ensure incident management and problem resolution
• Monitor platform performance and guarantee operational stability
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Scrum Master and Tech Lead
• Maintain documentation and respect internal processes and guidelines

This is your background

You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding IT engineering environments. You enjoy solving technical challenges, improving systems, and delivering reliable solutions and are constantly innovating. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.

You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding Agile and platform-oriented environments. You enjoy building robust services, automating processes, and supporting mission-critical applications and are constantly innovating. This is your expertise:

• SQL, Shell scripting, pub/sub data exchange principles, Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
• Incident management and operational support
• Experience with file exchange platforms and application monitoring

Languages Skills:

• French (B2)
• English (B2)

Other details:

- Ability to travel within Portugal

- Ability to travel internationally when required

- Availability for occasional on-call duties outside regular working hours
