Data Engineer (Fluent in French)

This is your mission

Are you passionate about data engineering and building scalable data platforms? Then this position is for you.

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting business teams in defining their data needs and delivering high-quality data solutions in our ecosystem:

Build side:

• Understand and master the DataHub product, its features, and its use cases
• Collect, analyze, and challenge business requirements, proposing adapted technical solutions
• Design and implement data ingestion, integration, and exposure pipelines
• Contribute to the transformation of the DataHub toward a Data Fabric architecture
• Collaborate closely with developers, service centers, test teams, and project managers
• Participate in all agile rituals and contribute to continuous improvement
• Follow IT Group technical roadmap and integrate required evolutions
• Produce and maintain technical documentation

Run side:

• Support daily operations and perform production monitoring when needed
• Handle business requests (evolutions, issues, optimizations)
• Provide high-quality user support to business stakeholders
• Diagnose incidents, implement fixes, and ensure long-term remediations
• Monitor product performance indicators and report to management
• Propose and implement technical optimizations and reliability improvements

You have at least 3–5 years of experience in demanding data engineering environments. You enjoy solving complex data challenges and working with modern data platforms and are constantly innovating. You have at least 3–5 years of experience in demanding data-driven and Agile environments. You enjoy building reliable data processes and continuously improving technical ecosystems and are constantly innovating. This is your expertise:

• SQL, Python, Starburst/Trino, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines, containers, object storage (S3/COS), ETL/ELT
• Knowledge of Linux environments and distributed architectures
• Understanding of security rules, KSH scripting, and file-exchange protocols (CFT)

Java Spring Batch / API development
