IT Operational Support Officer M/F
This is your mission
Are you passionate about IT operational excellence and improving service delivery? Then this position is for you.
As an IT Operational Support Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality support for end-users and optimizing operational processes in our ecosystem.
Build side:
Participate in process improvement initiatives for IT operational workflows
Contribute to the development of guidelines, documentation, and procedures
Collect, analyze, and report on operational data to identify trends and improvements
Support IT projects and enhancements by providing operational insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and standards
Run side:
Monitor supplier performance and ensure SLA compliance
Validate invoices and manage escalations with external vendors
Support stakeholders in understanding processes and IT service usage
Ensure the quality and compliance of delivered IT products and services
Provide day-to-day operational support, resolving issues proactively
Maintain communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners
This is your background
You have at least 2 years of experience in enterprise IT support or operational roles. You enjoy analyzing operational data, improving processes, and providing high-quality service and are constantly looking for ways to optimize IT workflows. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where collaboration is key.
This is your expertise
Microsoft 365 Suite: Excel (advanced: macros, pivot tables, data visualization), Word, PowerPoint
IT tools: ServiceNow (or equivalent ITSM tool), CMDB/asset management systems
Understanding of enterprise IT processes and Agile methodologies
Strong analytical and reporting skills
