IT Risk and Cyber Analyst SWIFT

This is your mission

Are you passionate about cybersecurity and digital risk management? Then this position is for you.

As a Cybersecurity Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating security risks and contributing to the development of cybersecurity procedures in our ecosystem:

Build side:

• Designing risk mitigation strategies to enhance overall cybersecurity posture.
• Collaborating with the SWIFT CISO team to ensure alignment of risk management strategies.
• Building and updating security controls to maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Developing internal processes to track and manage cybersecurity risks.
• Providing cybersecurity expertise for cross-functional project teams.

Run side:

• Monitoring the execution of cyber controls to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Reviewing security incidents and suggesting corrective actions to minimize impact.
• Conducting risk assessments for new technologies and business processes.
• Reporting on the status of risk management and cyber initiatives to senior management.
• Ensuring continuous improvement of cybersecurity practices across the Group.

You have at least 3-5 years of experience in IT risk management, cybersecurity, or related fields. You enjoy working in dynamic, challenging environments and are constantly innovating. You have at least 3-5 years of experience in IT risk management or cybersecurity. You enjoy solving complex security challenges and are eager to contribute to an international team. This is your expertise:

• Network Security: Understanding of securing network infrastructures and protocols.
• Risk Management Frameworks: Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and ITIL.
• Cybersecurity Tools: Experience with cybersecurity monitoring and risk analysis tools.
• CFT, MQ, Kafka: Experience with secure messaging protocols and financial transaction systems.
