Business Analyst

This is your mission

Are you passionate about Data and Agile methodologies? Then this position is for you.

As Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into IT specifications in our ecosystem:

Build side:

• Collect and analyze business needs, conducting workshops in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Write user stories and detailed requirements.
• Participate in the design of the DataHub (screen models, user paths, data mappings, etc.).
• Contribute to defining the functional solution of the platform.
• Work closely with IT teams (developers, service center, test center) to ensure the business requirements are understood and implemented.

Run side:

• Participate in testing strategy, writing test cases, and managing test campaigns.
• Analyze anomalies and ensure they are addressed promptly.
• Draft operating procedures and user guides for end users.
• Actively contribute to Agile rituals (sprint planning, grooming, sprint review, daily stand-ups).
• Collaborate in project management tasks, including monitoring planning, budget, progress, and risk management.

You have at least 6 years of experience in business analysis or a related role. You enjoy working in Agile environments and are constantly innovating to meet business needs with effective IT solutions. This is your expertise:

• Data analysis and requirements gathering (understanding business needs and translating them into IT requirements).
• Agile methodologies (experience with Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, grooming, and sprint reviews).
• Data-centric platforms (familiarity with data hubs, data quality management, and data governance).
• Business/IT collaboration (experience working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders).
• Communication (excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts into clear deliverables).
• French (C1) & English (B2)
