It’s your mission

You’re passionate about Microsoft technologies, cybersecurity integration, and empowering users? This role is made for you.

As an M365 Expert, you will strengthen the IT team’s capabilities, drive Microsoft ecosystem adoption, and ensure secure, efficient, and user-friendly digital operations.

On the build side:

• Share Microsoft best practices and expertise across IT (M365, Azure, Entra, Active Directory).

• Support the organization-wide Microsoft awareness program through coaching, documentation, and mentoring.

• Lead or finalize key Microsoft projects:

  • Intune Phase 2: integrate all mobile devices for improved security and management.

  • Azure Information Protection: deploy classification and protection of sensitive data.

  • MDT Optimization: enhance computer configuration and deployment processes.

• Align configurations and implementations with Microsoft’s roadmap and internal IT governance standards.

On the run side:

• Provide ongoing cybersecurity support for Microsoft environments (Entra, AD, Azure Information Protection).

• Contribute to IAM implementation in coordination with the Cybersecurity Manager.

• Strengthen security posture in line with ISO/GMP standards.

• Drive the “Midis du numérique” digital awareness program:

  • Train and coach staff to autonomously conduct sessions.

  • Ensure quality and consistency of content delivery.

  • Support Copilot adoption and configuration for all users (including Pro version).

It’s your journey

You have 15+ years of professional experience, including proven expertise in Microsoft environments and IT project management. You combine deep technical know-how with excellent communication and training abilities, enabling both IT and business users to grow in confidence and efficiency.

• Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Active Directory

• Intune, Azure Information Protection, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)

• Cybersecurity and Identity Access Management (IAM)

• ISO/GMP compliance and IT governance

• Microsoft Copilot deployment and adoption
