.NET Architect (M/F)
Job description:
Join a high-impact digital transformation program within a leading European company in the energy and utilities sector.
As a .NET Architect, you will lead the technical architecture of complex applications supporting the Asset Management domain, ensuring scalability, performance, and innovation.
You will collaborate with experienced developers and multiple agile teams to shape the architecture of modern solutions using .NET, MAUI, and WPF technologies.
Missions:
Design and maintain the technical architecture of .NET-based applications.
Build and deploy iOS apps using .NET MAUI, including background services (geolocation, geofencing).
Lead and coordinate several Full Stack .NET development teams working on microservice products.
Ensure clean architecture principles, code quality, and performance optimization.
Support developers with architecture design and complex issue resolution.
Participate in sprint planning and collaborate with Product Owners.
Challenge technical decisions and propose target architectures.
Conduct technical workshops and coaching sessions for development teams.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Work environment:
Within a Scrum-based Agile organization, in close collaboration with multiple development teams and technical leads.
Work schedule:
Day work, with possible sprint-based deadlines.
Telework:
Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite (Empereur), 3 days remote.
Technical environment:
C#, SQL, MongoDB, MAUI, WPF, Hangfire, RabbitMQ, Dapr, Clean Architecture, Microservices, iOS deployment, Azure DevOps (preferred).
Expected deliverables:
Architecture documentation, deployment pipelines, technical guidelines, sprint reports, and technical reviews.

Brussels area – hybrid mode.
Required profile:
You have a minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a .NET Architect.
You are passionate about building scalable applications and have solid experience with .NET MAUI and WPF in enterprise environments.
In order to carry out this assignment successfully, you must be proficient in:
Technologies:
C#, .NET (Core/MAUI/WPF), SQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Hangfire, Dapr, Clean Architecture, Microservices, iOS build and deployment.
Methodologies:
Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD practices.
Business knowledge:
Experience in industrial, energy, or asset management systems is an advantage.
Certifications:
Microsoft Certified (.NET, Azure, or Architecture) – an asset.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Coaching and mentoring capability.
Ability to prioritize and handle emergencies effectively.
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
Structured approach and strategic vision.
Fluent English (C1) and good command of French or Dutch (B2).
Driver’s license: Not required.
