Junior Network Technician - French Speaker

Job description : 

As part of a major project in the banking sector, we’re looking for a Junior Network Technician to join our growing team.

• Network and telecom hardware monitoring via Zabbix
  • Alarm analysis and first-level intervention (reboot, restart, diagnostics)
  • Preventive maintenance to ensure network stability
  • Obsolescence management and equipment updates
  • Troubleshooting and incident resolution

• Work environment: in CDS
  • Work schedule: Full-time
  • Remote work: Twice a week in CDS

• Technical environment: Cisco (router, switch), CCNA (or equivalent), Palo Alto (basic firewall concepts), Load Balancers (F5, Netscaler)

• Start date: ASAP

• Location: Porto

Required profile : 

You have 2 years of proven experience in the networking field.

You are passionate about IT infrastructure and network operations and have initial experience in the Network Technician profession in the Banking industry.

In order to carry out this assignment successfully, you must be proficient in:

• Technologies: Cisco (router, switch), CCNA (or equivalent), Palo Alto (basic firewall concepts), Load Balancers (F5, Netscaler)

• Languages: French (B2)

• Motivated network technician with around 2 years of hands-on experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network infrastructures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and have a strong interest in IT operations within the banking sector.
