Lead SRE

Job description : 

We are looking for a Lead SRE to drive the transformation of IT production in the Securities Services sector, as part of the QUEST program, focused on quality, efficiency, and stability. The professional will join the Next Gen Production team, responsible for modernizing production practices (SRE, DevOps, Agile, automation, monitoring, cloud).

• Train and support SREs and managers in the application of SRE practices.
• Provide individual coaching for SREs to foster technical and process maturity.
  
• Recruit and evaluate new SREs.
  
• Participate in defining transformation strategies, workshops, and the creation of training content.
  
• Work internationally, primarily with teams in Paris, Chennai, and Lisbon

Required profile : 

You have 5+ years of proven experience in the Site Reliability Engineering field.

You are passionate about building stable, scalable, and efficient production systems and have initial experience in the Lead SRE profession in the financial services industry.

In order to carry out this assignment successfully, you must be proficient in:

• Technologies: Python, YAML, Shell (Bash), Dynatrace, Nagios, Linux (advanced knowledge), Networking basic – DNS, Firewalls, etc.,Git (GitLab, GitHub), Jenkins / GitLab CI, Ansible, Artifactory

• Methodologies: DevOps mindset, Agile practices, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles
• Languages: English (C1); French (B1)

• Strong communicator with active listening skills, capable of influencing and engaging diverse teams. You work autonomously while fostering collaboration, and you have the ability to teach, inspire, and lead change across organizations.
