Overview:
We’re looking for a versatile and analytical Business Analyst to drive the optimization of internal processes and support
transformation initiatives. You’ll work with multiple stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver insights that enhance operational efficiency and business value.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct deep dives into business operations to identify inefficiencies or growth opportunities.

– Translate business needs into structured documentation and user stories.
– Collaborate with product managers, operations, and technical teams.
– Perform gap analysis and support change management processes.
– Help define KPIs and success metrics for implemented solutions.
Profil
Requirements:
– Experience in a similar role, ideally within a regulated industry.
– Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
– Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business terms.
– Familiarity with process mapping and modeling tools.
– Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
