Cloud Support Infrastructure Expert
This is your mission
Are you passionate about Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Automation, and Application Support? Then this position is for you.
As a Cloud Support Infrastructure Expert, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of critical business applications. Working within an international environment, you will combine production support expertise with cloud and automation skills to maintain highly available platforms and drive operational excellence.
Build side:
Design and implement infrastructure automation using Ansible and Terraform
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash
Contribute to the deployment and configuration of cloud-based environments
Support the implementation of containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability capabilities across the platform
Participate in service improvement initiatives and infrastructure modernization projects
Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles
Train and support operations teams on automation tools and best practices
Run side:
Provide Application Production Support for critical business applications and platforms
Monitor infrastructure, middleware, and applications to ensure service availability
Analyze system, application, and middleware logs to diagnose and resolve incidents
Manage incidents, service requests, and production support activities within defined SLAs
Participate in 24/7 support rotations, including shifts, on-call duties, weekends, and public holidays
Support Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises and business continuity initiatives
Escalate risks and critical incidents appropriately and in a timely manner
Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and validate new application releases before production deployment
Continuously improve operational processes to reduce incident resolution times and enhance service quality
This is your background
You have at least 5 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Support, Cloud Engineering, or Software Engineering environments. You enjoy troubleshooting complex technical issues, automating operational processes, and supporting mission-critical platforms.

This is your expertise:
Strong knowledge of Linux administration, CLI, and Shell Scripting
Proficiency in Python and/or Bash
Experience with Ansible and Terraform
Strong understanding of infrastructure automation and configuration management
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Good knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, or Google Cloud
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Travis, Concourse, or equivalent
Monitoring and observability tools knowledge
Understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices
Experience supporting production environments and mission-critical applications
Certifications (Preferred)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Automation with Ansible (RH294)
Developing Advanced Automation with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (DO374)
Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
HashiCorp Terraform Associate (nice to have)
HashiCorp Vault Associate (nice to have)
