Windows Infrastructure Support Engineer

This is your mission

Are you passionate about Windows Infrastructure, Active Directory, Automation, and Infrastructure Operations? Then this position is for you.

As a Windows Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, support, and evolution of the Windows infrastructure across European entities within a large international environment.

Build side:

• Support and improve the Ansible Tower infrastructure and automation capabilities.

• Contribute to the evolution and optimization of Windows infrastructure services.

• Support the integration and maintenance of Centrify solutions within hybrid Windows/Linux environments.

• Participate in infrastructure architecture improvements related to networking, DNS, DHCP, and security services.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Ansible, and Python.

• Contribute to infrastructure projects, ensuring proper planning, risk management, and reporting.

• Produce documentation and recommendations to improve infrastructure reliability and operational efficiency.

Run side:

• Ensure the stability, availability, and security of Windows infrastructure services.

• Provide Level 3 support for incidents and service requests across European subsidiaries.

• Monitor and support Centrify and Trellix solutions.

• Perform infrastructure patching activities and provide detailed reporting.

• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues involving Windows systems, Active Directory, networking, and security services.

• Support and maintain Active Directory-related services and integrations.

• Manage infrastructure assets and discovery processes using BMC Discovery.

• Produce operational dashboards and reports using Power BI.

This is your background

You have several years of experience in Windows Infrastructure Support, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Engineering within complex enterprise environments.

You enjoy troubleshooting critical infrastructure issues, automating operational tasks, and working in international environments where reliability, security, and service quality are essential.
