IT Governance & Risk Specialist
This is your mission
Are you passionate about IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance? Then this position is for you.
As an IT Governance & Risk Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening IT governance frameworks and managing IT risks across the organization while ensuring alignment with regulatory and group requirements.
Build side:
Deploy and formalize IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with Group standards (COBIT, ITIL, NIST, DORA, etc.)
Adapt governance rules to the local context and ensure proper documentation and implementation
Contribute to building and improving the IT management system
Define and implement IT risk management methodologies and promote risk awareness culture
Identify relevant controls, KRIs, and governance indicators
Support IT teams in integrating governance and compliance into daily operations
Establish and maintain IT risk registers, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation plans
Run side:
Monitor IT risks, governance compliance, and remediation plans using tools such as ServiceNow and Excel
Lead IT control plan campaigns and ensure proper execution, reporting, and follow-up actions
Organize and facilitate IT Risk & Cyber Committees and IT Steering Committees
Produce regular reporting on IT governance, risk, and compliance at local and group levels
Monitor IT audits and ensure timely implementation of recommendations
Oversee operational IT incidents and track risk-related impacts
Manage DORA governance activities, including reporting, supplier compliance, and contractual reviews
Maintain inventory of Shadow IT and track obsolescence and outsourcing risks
This is your background
You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding IT governance, risk management, or cybersecurity environments. You are comfortable working in regulated environments such as finance or insurance and are driven by continuous improvement and compliance excellence.

You have developed strong experience in IT governance frameworks and risk management practices. You enjoy working in complex, international environments and interacting with multiple stakeholders. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated by delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.
This is your expertise:
IT Governance frameworks: COBIT, COSO, ISO 31000, ITIL, NIST, DORA
IT Risk Management and Internal Control practices
Tools: ServiceNow, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong understanding of IT security principles and regulatory requirements
Experience in financial services or insurance environments
