With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential.

Application Production Support

This is your mission

Are you passionate about application production support, automation and cloud technologies? Then this position is for you.

Build side:

• Build and maintain Ansible playbooks and Terraform scripts to automate provisioning, configuration and deployments

• Contribute to the containerization of legacy applications using Docker and Kubernetes

• Participate in infrastructure automation initiatives and CI/CD pipelines

• Assist in the design and implementation of cloud-based environments

• Support and train operations teams on Ansible, Terraform and Kubernetes best practices

Run side:

• Handle production incidents, service requests and application support activities (L1/L2)

• Participate in shift-based support and on-call rotations

• Monitor applications and infrastructure using tools such as Dynatrace

• Support DR (Disaster Recovery) and Live Play activities in a banking environment

• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and operational excellence

This is your background

You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding IT Operations or Software Engineering environments. You enjoy working close to production systems, solving complex problems, and continuously improving processes through automation. You are proactive, hands-on, and thrive in environments where reliability and collaboration are key.

This is your career path.

You have built solid experience in production support and cloud-based environments, and you are looking to further develop your expertise in automation, containerization and DevOps practices. You are motivated to grow in a role where your technical impact directly supports business‑critical banking applications.

This is your expertise:

• Linux (strong CLI expertise)

• Scripting: Python and/or Bash

• Infrastructure Automation: Ansible, Terraform

• Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (K8s)

• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Travis, Concourse

• Databases & Monitoring: PL/SQL, Dynatrace

• Cloud platforms: IBM Cloud, AWS or Azure

• Configuration, Deployment, DR and Production Support in a banking environment
