Senior Business Analyst

This is your mission

Are you passionate about Financial Markets and front-office applications? Then this position is for you.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, producing functional specifications, and supporting the evolution of a Securities Finance application ecosystem based on Calypso.

Build side:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and end users
Write comprehensive functional specifications and user stories
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure functional alignment
Participate in solution design and contribute to process improvements
Drive functional testing and validation of new features and enhancements
Support release preparation and implementation activities

Run side:

Provide functional support to business users and operational teams
Deliver user training sessions and ensure knowledge transfer
Investigate production issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams
Monitor application performance and identify optimization opportunities
Ensure high-quality service delivery within a front-office IT environment
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices

This is your background

You have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Markets environments. You enjoy working on complex business processes and collaborating with international teams in fast-paced environments. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.

This is your expertise:

Strong knowledge of Calypso
Good understanding of Financial Markets and financial instruments
Knowledge of Securities Finance activities is highly valued
Experience writing functional specifications and user stories
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with functional testing and user support
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is appreciated
