ETL Developer

This is your mission

Are you passionate about data integration and ETL development? Then this position is for you. As ETL Developer, you will be responsible for developing and supporting data integration solutions within a Data Factory ecosystem:

Build side:
• Participate in ETL development cycle (analysis, development, testing, deployment) using IBM Datastage PX and SQL
• Develop and customize Datastage components and enablers
• Contribute to technical solution definition
• Perform unit, integration, and automated testing (Octane, Quality Center or similar tools)
• Ensure application of technological and methodological best practices
• Identify innovative ideas and proof of concepts
• Prepare environments prior to development activities
• Document development, testing, and deliverables

Run side:
• Provide level 3 application support
• Maintain ETL applications and data pipelines
• Monitor performance and resolve related issues
• Handle incidents, bug reports, and code changes documentation
• Acquire functional and technical expertise on application portfolio
• Challenge business and technical requirements
• Ensure quality delivery of projects

This is your background

You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding DevOps environments.
You have experience in ETL development and data integration using Datastage and SQL.
You are comfortable working in data-driven environments and handling production support activities.
You enjoy working on data platforms and are constantly improving data quality and processes.

You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding DevOps environments.
You enjoy working on ETL development, data platforms, and support activities and are constantly innovating.
You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.

This is your expertise:

• IBM Datastage PX or similar ETL tools
• SQL (Oracle database)
• PL/SQL development
• Git and Jenkins
• Shell scripting and Unix/Linux
• Test tools (Octane, Quality Center or similar)
• Technical analysis and documentation
