CRM Business Analyst M/F

This is your mission

Are you passionate about CRM, business analysis, and shaping digital solutions? Then this position is for you.

As a CRM Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading customer needs discovery, conducting market analysis, and supporting CRM selection and implementation from concept to adoption.

Build side

• Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders (KAM, Customer & Operations) to capture needs and pain points
• Translate business needs into personas, user journeys, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Define CRM vision, MVP scope, and incremental roadmap
• Produce analysis deliverables (business requirements, process maps AS-IS / TO-BE, data and reporting needs)
• Define integration needs with surrounding systems (data sources, reporting, identity, tools)
• Conduct market scan, vendor shortlist, and evaluation (RFI/RFP-ready, scoring models, demo scripts)
• Coordinate with architecture, security, procurement, and legal teams for vendor selection

Run side

• Own and maintain the product backlog, priorities, and release planning (Agile mode)
• Collaborate with technical teams (architects, data, integration, security) to ensure feasibility
• Validate deliverables with users, organize UAT, and integrate feedback
• Ensure requirements traceability, prioritization, and testability
• Support change management, user adoption, and stakeholder alignment
• Define and monitor success metrics (adoption, data quality, reporting reliability)
• Deliver clear, complete, and actionable analysis with high quality standards

This is your background

You have proven experience in CRM-related projects, including selection, implementation, or optimization.

You are comfortable conducting business analysis, working with stakeholders, and translating needs into structured and actionable deliverables.

This is your career path

You have experience working on digital solutions or CRM initiatives in agile environments. You are able to operate from discovery phase through to implementation and adoption.

• CRM tools (selection, implementation, or optimization)
• Business analysis (requirements, process mapping, user stories)
• Market scan / vendor evaluation (RFI/RFP processes)
• Data and reporting needs definition
• Integration concepts (data sources, reporting tools, surrounding systems)
• Agile methodologies (backlog management, UAT, iterative delivery)
