Senior Technical Architect / DevOps Engineer

Are you passionate about production excellence, DevOps, and Agile delivery? Then this position is for you.
As a Senior Technical Architect / DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring production readiness, operational stability, and continuous improvement of applications throughout the entire project lifecycle within an Agile ecosystem.
Build side:
Contribute to the definition of technical solutions by integrating production, infrastructure, resilience, and security requirements
Promote the reuse of existing products and services to reduce implementation time and improve reliability
Integrate production and infrastructure requirements into scoping activities and the Product Backlog
Anticipate and manage compliance with architecture, security, standards, and scalability constraints
Support development teams to secure and accelerate project delivery
Implement or coordinate technical user stories (industrialisation, automation, obsolescence management, etc.)
Raise awareness and spread application production best practices within Agile teams
Run side:
Ensure the availability and usability of Production and non‑Production environments
Facilitate solution deployment and validate operational readiness (backup, restore, performance, data access)
Implement and maintain monitoring and supervision solutions
Define service levels, production indicators, and operational KPIs
Ensure validated installation and operational documentation is up to date
Guarantee the existence and testing of backup and disaster recovery plans (ICP)
Support teams during releases and incidents, ensuring resolution within SLA
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (automation, performance optimisation, “DMZR as code”)
This is your background
You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding IT production and infrastructure environments.
You enjoy working at the crossroads of Build and Run, are proactive in identifying risks, and continuously seek to improve production quality and efficiency.

You have built solid experience in production engineering, DevOps, and service operations, with a strong exposure to Agile delivery models.

Linux and Windows systems
Containers and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm
Monitoring and observability tools: Elastic Stack, Grafana, Dynatrace
DevOps toolchain: GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Ansible, Mattermost
Production operations, service monitoring, and incident management
IT infrastructure, risk management, and cybersecurity
Agile and DevOps methodologies
