Developer for Data Management

This is your mission

Are you passionate about data, architecture, and transforming business needs into robust technical solutions? Then this position is for you.

As a Developer – Data Management, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of data-processing solutions within a corporate banking IT ecosystem, while progressively building expertise toward a data‑architect role.

Build side:

Develop and enhance data‑processing scripts mainly using C# and SQL, with occasional Python usage.
Translate business and functional specifications from the Data Officer into clear, detailed technical specifications.
Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with business user needs.
Reverse‑engineer existing and legacy scripts to identify and document underlying business rules.
Maintain and extend VBA scripts used for internal automation processes.

Run side:

Provide user support for the Abacus platform, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Manage user access rights and support governance requirements.
Investigate and resolve performance and data‑flow issues.
Perform server restarts when required and support platform stability.
Assist users in creating and understanding data‑flow diagrams.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

This role offers structured training on the team’s data‑architecture framework and the Abacus platform, with a clear progression path toward a Data Architect position. Over time, you will contribute to the evolution of architectural standards and take on increasing responsibility in data‑architecture design.

C# development and MS SQL
Clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code practices
Translating functional specifications into technical solutions
Reading, understanding, and documenting existing code bases
Reverse‑engineering legacy scripts to extract business logic
Python (basic knowledge)
VBA scripting for automation
Power BI: development, publication, and maintenance of reports and dashboards
Data‑management concepts and principles
Troubleshooting performance issues and managing user access rights
