ServiceNow Developer

This is your mission

Are you passionate about ServiceNow development and platform integration? Then this position is for you.

As ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for development, integration, and support activities on the ServiceNow platform used across multiple entities.

Build side:

• Contribute to the definition of functional requirements (workshops, specifications)
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions (enhancements, bug fixes)
• Implement advanced integrations using ServiceNow technologies
• Design and maintain platform components (Flow Designer, CMDB/CSDM, IRE)
• Produce technical documentation (development procedures, guides)

Run side:

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform (maintenance, upgrades)
• Handle incident management with internal teams and ServiceNow
• Provide support to platform stakeholders across entities
• Organize and deliver training sessions
• Ensure quality and compliance with procedures and standards

You have experience in ServiceNow development and integration within IT environments.

You have contributed to ServiceNow platform implementations, including development, administration, and support activities.

• JavaScript
• REST / SOAP APIs

• CMDB / CSDM / IRE
• MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
