Senior Java Software Engineer

This is your mission

Are you passionate about building scalable software solutions and modern microservices architectures? Then this position is for you.

As a Senior Java Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend systems within our ecosystem.

Build side:

Design and develop microservices architectures using modern Java development practices
Build scalable backend applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
Analyze business requirements, workflows, and data processing needs to deliver robust technical solutions
Contribute to system architecture and technical design discussions
Integrate AI tools into the software development lifecycle to enhance development efficiency and quality
Ensure software quality through best practices, testing strategies, and clean code principles

Run side:

Participate actively in code reviews, releases, and Agile team ceremonies
Monitor and improve code quality, security, and vulnerability management
Debug and troubleshoot applications to investigate and resolve production issues
Collaborate with global teams to maintain and improve existing systems
Become familiar with business processes and ensure smooth workflow and data processing across systems
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing through tools such as Jira and Confluence

You have at least 6 years of experience in demanding Agile and DevOps environments. You enjoy solving complex technical challenges and continuously improving systems. You are constantly innovating and looking for ways to leverage modern technologies and tools.

With strong experience in Java backend development, you thrive in Agile and DevOps environments and enjoy designing robust microservices and scalable systems. Technical environment (within an Agile, DevOps, and Cloud ecosystem):

Backend development: Java, Spring, Spring Boot
Database technologies: SQL (T-SQL, PL-SQL)
DevOps and automation: Jenkins, Ansible, Kubernetes
Operating systems and tools: Linux, Bash, Git
Experience integrating AI tools into the development lifecycle
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, applying algorithms to real-world problems
