Application Production Support Engineer

This is your mission

Are you passionate about application stability, production excellence, and operational resilience? Then this position is for you.

Build side:

• Contribute to production readiness during application releases

• Support CI/CD pipelines and automation processes

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and production dashboards

• Ensure security and compliance standards are applied in production environments

• Act as a production expert supporting IT Operations teams

Run side:

• Provide technical and functional support to users

• Manage production incidents end-to-end (service restoration, coordination, communication, PIRs)

• Monitor batch jobs, data flows, and file transfers

• Ensure service quality, application stability, and business continuity

• Support Disaster Recovery, High Availability, and Business Continuity plans

This is your background

You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding application production support or IT operations environments. You enjoy working in critical production contexts, solving complex incidents, and collaborating closely with both technical and business stakeholders. You are proactive, resilient, and continuously looking for ways to improve operational efficiency.

You have built strong expertise in production support, ITSM, and DevOps-oriented environments, and you are motivated to grow as a senior production expert. You thrive in environments where reliability, automation, and collaboration are key success factors.
