Java Developer

Are you passionate about high-performance systems, financial technologies, and low-latency applications? Then this position is for you.

As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance electronic trading platforms within our ecosystem.

Build side:

• Design and develop high-performance, low-latency Java applications for electronic trading environments.

• Contribute to the technical architecture and system design of highly scalable and resilient platforms.

• Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into robust software solutions.

• Participate in refactoring and modernization initiatives to improve existing platform performance and scalability.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to validate requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Run side:

• Ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of the trading platform components.

• Monitor and optimize application performance, concurrency handling, and system stability.

• Participate in Agile development cycles, including testing, documentation, and code reviews.

• Collaborate with production support teams to manage releases and maintain production stability.

• Contribute to L3 production support, troubleshooting complex technical issues in real-time environments.

This is your background

You have at least 5 years of experience in software development, including experience working on high-performance or real-time systems. You enjoy designing efficient architectures, solving complex performance challenges, and collaborating with technical and business teams.

This is your expertise:

• Technologies & tools (within an Agile, DevOps, Cloud team):

  • Java SE (Core Java) with strong knowledge of multithreading and concurrency

  • JVM internals (Garbage Collection, Memory Model, JIT compilation)

  • Performance optimization and low-latency system design

  • Experience with high-load real-time systems or electronic trading platforms

  • C# / .NET knowledge is a plus

  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

  • Experience with refactoring or migration of legacy systems

  Knowledge of financial markets or electronic trading environments is considered a strong advantage.
