Senior Java Developer

This is your mission

Are you passionate about building high-performance web applications and back-end services? Then this position is for you.

As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our trading platform, ensuring it is performant, secure, and of the highest quality.

Build side:

• Design, develop, and extend Java services using Spring Boot and Micronaut

• Write and maintain small, well-tested RESTful endpoints

• Read, understand, and extend high-performance Angular 14+ applications (RxJS, NgRx, Angular Material, lazy loading)

• Translate UI/UX mock-ups and design specs into reusable components and modules

• Own the component library (Storybook or similar) and enforce style guides

• Write unit tests to ensure code quality

• Participate in code reviews and collaborate on API contracts (OpenAPI/Swagger)

Run side:

• Collaborate with production support teams to ensure smooth releases and maintenance

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both back-end and front-end services

• Support migration and refactoring projects to new architectures or technologies

• Ensure systems meet quality, security, and performance standards

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and team collaboration

You have at least 5 years of software development experience, with 2+ years leading IT teams in fast-paced, high-load environments. You enjoy building scalable, high-quality applications, constantly experimenting with new technologies, and solving complex technical challenges. • Agile & DevOps: SDLC, code reviews, migration/refactoring projects, high-load systems
