Java Developer

This is your mission

Are you passionate about data engineering and building robust data platforms? Then this position is for you.

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the Data Fabric platform, supporting business lines, and delivering high-quality IT solutions in an agile environment:

Build side:

Develop and maintain the Data Fabric platform using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and SQL
Build microservices and REST APIs for data collection, integration, and exposure
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
Implement data pipelines and orchestrate workflows with AirFlow
Optimize code, improve efficiency, and ensure reliability of data solutions
Write and update technical documentation for all developments
Participate in agile rituals: sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives

Run side:

Support business lines with production monitoring and issue resolution
Analyze and challenge business needs, proposing tailored technical solutions
Collaborate with IT teams and project managers for smooth delivery
Monitor platform performance and report KPIs to management
Maintain compliance with IT security, protocols, and cloud architecture standards

This is your background

You have at least 5 years of experience in Java development and data engineering. You enjoy working in agile teams, building scalable data solutions, and optimizing existing systems. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.

Programming & Development: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, KSH, SQL (expert)
Microservices & APIs: Object-oriented programming, RESTful web services, API management
Data Engineering: Data pipelines, AirFlow orchestration, cloud storage (COS, S3), containerized deployments
DevOps & Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, and performance optimization
Optional: Python, Angular front-end, Starburst knowledge
