Senior Business Analyst

This is your mission

Are you passionate about financial reporting and data analysis? Then this position is for you.

As Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and supporting reporting systems while ensuring production quality in our ecosystem:

Build side:

• Meet with stakeholders to identify needs and build User Stories

• Propose and develop solutions for end users

• Contribute to the validation of products with end users

• Investigate and define proper fixes for issues

• Participate in agile rituals and contribute to backlog prioritization

• Support continuous team improvement initiatives

• Understand Finance, Risk, and Reporting project concepts

Run side:

• Monitor monthly and quarterly closing treatment progress

• React to and follow up on stakeholders’ requests and questions

• Participate in production monitoring and support activities during closing periods

• Be available for on-call duty when needed (weekends, nights)

• Document and release developments in production

• Ensure support and incident resolution for internal clients

This is your background

You have at least 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial/Reporting industry. You enjoy analyzing complex financial data, supporting reporting systems, and contributing to agile project delivery. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.

This is your career path

You have at least 3–5 years of experience in financial and reporting projects. You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing data, and improving processes within agile teams.

This is your expertise:

• SQL – Mastery

• Python

• Excel

• Knowledge of Banking / Finance industry

• Good overall IT knowledge
