Service Delivery Manager

This is your mission

Are you passionate about improving operational processes and supporting critical business strategies? Then this position is for you.

As Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of application systems and supporting business process changes in our ecosystem:

Build side:

• Support clients’ critical systems through software application knowledge

• Own strategic and operational delivery to the end client

• Manage the application transformation and its delivery

• Identify potential issues and take preventive actions

• Collaborate with management to gather and analyze operational information

• Track implementation progress and report to management

• Coach managers and supervisors to improve implementation communication

Run side:

• Be the main point of contact for solutions and services

• Produce dashboards specific to Infrastructure Deployment & Support Department (Service Now)

• Monitor and supervise changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and structures

• Manage the relationship with the client throughout the project duration

• Ensure all key stakeholders are informed and aligned

This is your background

You have at least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, production operation steering, and IT risk and cyber security. You enjoy solving problems analytically, coordinating teams, and improving operational processes. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.
