Senior Business Analyst

This is your mission

Are you passionate about data, transformation, and bridging business with technology? Then this position is for you.

Build side:

• Collect, analyse and challenge business needs while animating workshops with users and stakeholders

• Write requirements and user stories with clarity and structure

• Contribute to defining the functional solution of the platform

• Coordinate the migration of legacy use cases into the new data platform (planning, analysis, documentation, change management)

• Collaborate closely with IT teams (developers, service centre, test centre) for accurate implementation

Run side:

• Act as the main point of contact (SPOC) for internal customers using the data platform

• Support the Product Owner in maintaining an up-to-date backlog and monitoring support tickets

• Contribute to test strategy, test cases, campaigns and anomaly analysis

• Draft operating procedures and user guides

• Participate actively in all Agile rituals (planning, grooming, reviews, dailies)

• Support project management activities (planning follow-up, budget monitoring, progress reporting, risk management)

This is your background

You have 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in demanding and fast-paced environments. You enjoy working close to the business, continuously improving delivery methods, and contributing to data-driven transformation initiatives.
You are looking for an environment where ideas matter and where collaboration is inseparable from technology.

This is your expertise:

• Solid experience as Business Analyst (minimum 7 years)

• Strong knowledge of data-related business environments (mandatory)

• Agile methodology experience

• Experience in banking/insurance environments (nice to have)

• Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements

• Excellent analytical, organisational, written and verbal communication skills
