DLP Functional Administrator

This is your mission

Are you passionate about data protection, operational excellence, and security governance? Then this position is for you.

As a DLP Functional Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, evolution, and reliability of the Data Loss Prevention platform while supporting internal users and strengthening data security across the organization.

Build side:

Define, create, test, and validate DLP policies in collaboration with business stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional DLP requirements
Coordinate with engineering teams for DLP rule implementation
Lead functional and operational improvements across the DLP platform
Manage the lifecycle of platform evolutions and contribute to larger change projects

Run side:

Analyze and manage DLP-related incidents, ensuring timely and accurate handling
Coordinate with production teams to resolve technical issues
Provide second-level support to internal users
Manage user roles and access rights within the DLP console
Review and update policies, access controls, and procedures annually
Identify platform-related problems and drive corrective actions
Maintain strong relationships with internal clients and ensure high-quality communication

You have experience in demanding IT security or IT production environments. You enjoy balancing operational responsibilities with continuous improvement and thrive in contexts where rigor, communication, and collaboration are essential. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where data protection, technology, and teamwork go hand in hand.

This is your expertise:

Solid understanding of information systems architecture (networks, servers, applications)
Strong knowledge of IT service management principles (incident, problem, change management)
Experience supporting or administering IT security infrastructures
Good understanding of firewalls, proxies, servers, and databases
Ability to assess impacts of incidents and changes on the global IT ecosystem
Strong analytical skills for incident investigation and root-cause analysis
Ability to propose continuous improvements and maintain technological watch on data protection topics
