Test Analyst

This is your mission

Are you passionate about software quality and testing? Then this position is for you.

As a Test Analyst Senior, you will be responsible for contributing to test design, executing tests, and managing anomalies in our projects.

Build side:

Contribute to the design of Business Analyst tests within a project
Respect project design and deliverables
Input test subjects into dedicated tools following established standards
Ensure elaboration, validation, and communication of all test deliverables
Guarantee correct prioritization of tests within your scope
Support organization of Business Analyst intelligence

Run side:

Provide necessary information for Go/No Go decisions
Execute tests within your scope of competence
Input test results into the dedicated tool
Report any risk of delays or quality issues
Give feedback to the Test Lead and hierarchy on project progress
Anomaly Management:
- Identify anomalies within your scope
- Record anomalies in the correct tool
- Contribute to prioritization and correction of anomalies
- Validate corrections and support final reporting

This is your background

You have a degree in Informatics or a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in testing activities (5 years desirable). You understand test methodology principles and vocabulary (ISTQB) and have experience testing applications for life insurance or banking products. You are fluent in French and enjoy working in collaborative, high-performance teams where your input directly impacts project quality.

Build a test schedule and manage risk identification and follow-up
Coordination and motivation skills
Systematic, critical, and logical thinking
Summarization and reporting capabilities
Knowledge in tools and technologies: Octane, SQL, API, SAS, Control-M or other schedulers
Ability to adapt, plan work ahead, and prioritize workload
