Senior Developer

This is your mission

Are you passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-impact software solutions in complex international environments? Then this position is for you.

As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing robust applications within a globally distributed IT Corporate Actions stream.

Build side:

Design and develop scalable full-stack applications aligned with technology roadmaps and best practices.
Participate in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and system architecture discussions.
Build and enhance modern front-end interfaces and resilient back-end services.
Contribute to microservices-based architectures and containerized solutions.
Promote high code quality through code reviews, mentoring, and development standards.
Drive innovation by adopting new frameworks, tools, and engineering methodologies.

Run side:

Ensure integration testing, UAT support, and overall system reliability.
Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines and low-touch deployment processes.
Apply secure coding principles and ensure compliance with SDLC best practices.
Collaborate closely with Production Support teams to ensure service stability and responsiveness.
Contribute to monitoring, performance optimization, fault tolerance, and high availability improvements.
Facilitate collaboration with architecture and central engineering teams to maintain robust and secure platforms.

This is your background

You have at least 5+ years of experience in demanding Agile and DevOps environments. You enjoy solving complex technical challenges end-to-end, from front-end interfaces to back-end integrations, and you are constantly looking for ways to innovate and optimize.

You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter, where software craftsmanship is valued, and where collaboration across international teams is key.

This is your expertise:

Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and Java.
Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
Solid knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
Knowledge of secure coding principles, architectural patterns, and functional design systems.
Experience working with distributed, international development teams.
Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

Experience with microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong DevOps culture: CI/CD automation, monitoring, and deployment strategies.
Exposure to architectural decision-making and implementation of non-functional requirements (security, fault tolerance, high availability).
