Business Expert – Tribe Data Risk

This is your mission

Are you passionate about data‑driven transformation, risk excellence, and continuous improvement? Then this position is for you.

As a Business Expert – Tribe Data Risk, you will be a strategic partner within the Tribe, ensuring that business objectives, risk expectations and operational priorities are fully aligned with delivery teams.

Build side:

Represent Risk & Finance needs within the Squad and ensure business priorities drive the roadmap
Identify opportunities for process optimisation, efficiency gains, and conversion improvement
Draft and validate the business components of user stories
Build business cases to support prioritisation and OPUS investment decisions
Contribute to transformation initiatives aimed at improving client and partner satisfaction

Run side:

Prepare and execute UAT test cases aligned with acceptance criteria
Report bugs, inconsistencies, and performance gaps to delivery teams
Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes
Coordinate with stakeholders and act as the point of contact for partner integrations
Ensure completion of all mandatory training and promote compliance within the team
Deliver ad‑hoc activities required to reach Tribe objectives

This is your background

You have several years of experience in demanding Risk, Finance, or Data‑driven business environments. You enjoy translating business needs into actionable requirements and continuously improving processes. You are looking for a collaborative environment where your insights matter and where innovation and operational excellence go hand in hand.

This is your expertise:

Strong experience in risk, finance, data analysis, or business process optimisation
Solid understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and user story lifecycle
Proficiency in UAT execution, business case creation, and performance monitoring
Comfort with digital ecosystems and cross‑team collaboration
