Identity & Access Management (IAM) Architect M/F
This is your mission
Are you passionate about Identity & Access Management governance and security processes? Then this position is for you.
As Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst/Architect, you will be responsible for the design, improvement and governance of IAM processes and operating models within our ecosystem:
Build side:
Perform a GAP analysis of the current IAM implementation and define a validated target operating model
Elaborate and maintain the company IAM strategy based on existing IAM, PAM, MFA, SSO implementations
Design or adapt Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes in collaboration with HR
Define and maintain the Role Based Access Control (RBAC) model and related attributes (ABAC)
Propose automation and optimization of IAM workflows and governance processes
Contribute to IAM program enhancements and strategic improvements
Run side :
Initiate and manage user access recertification campaigns according to company policies
Review and validate RBAC business roles and related attributes on a recurring basis
Analyze access roles and processes to assess compliance with internal standards and regulations
Approve and oversee special access provisioning requests
Create reports to detect provisioning inconsistencies and remediate conflicts
Maintain IAM documentation to ensure alignment with current processes and regulatory requirements
Act as key functional lead for IAM tools (RBAC, LDAP, PAM, SSO, Web SSO, MFA, etc.)
Ensure adherence to audit and regulatory requirements (NIS2, GDPR, security standards)
This is your background
You have at least 3 years of proven experience in IAM governance and process improvement environments. You enjoy designing structured identity lifecycle processes and continuously improving IAM operating models. You are looking for an environment where governance, compliance and collaboration with HR, IT and business units are key.
You are fluent in English and have a perfect command of one national language (FR or NL) with passive knowledge of the other (B1 level).

You have experience defining IAM strategies, target operating models and RBAC frameworks. You are comfortable working in security teams and collaborating across HR, infrastructure and business units. Identity & Access Management governance (JML, RBAC, ABAC, recertification)
Active Directory / Entra ID and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions
Privileged Access Management (e.g. WALLIX) and password vaulting
MFA, Passwordless authentication, SSO, Web SSO
IAM integration protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
Regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, NIS2)
Scripting and process automation (nice to have)
MS Office, especially Excel
