Sys Admin

This is your mission

Are you passionate about Windows infrastructure, cybersecurity, and large-scale international environments? Then this position is for you.

As an Sys Admin, you will be responsible for leading infrastructure evolution projects and ensuring high-level operational support across multiple European subsidiaries, acting as a key interface between international IT teams and central infrastructure teams.

Build side:

Organize and steer IT Infrastructure & IT Services projects across international subsidiaries and central IT teams
Lead Windows infrastructure evolution and manage technology obsolescence
Coordinate deployment and upgrade projects across 22 European entities (excluding France)
Present version roadmaps and anticipate future technical obsolescence
Ensure secure and compliant implementation of infrastructure changes
Facilitate the provisioning of production and infrastructure resources
Contribute to vulnerability management and cybersecurity hardening initiatives
Participate in workshops and apply defined test procedures and governance standards

Run side:

Manage Windows infrastructure operations (evolution, lifecycle, obsolescence)
Oversee Windows patch management and emergency patching processes
Ensure vulnerability management and risk mitigation in production environments
Provide Level 2/3 support in escalation for European subsidiaries
Handle incident and request management (approximately 20% production activity)
Support IT teams in Portugal during overflow situations
Maintain compliance with internal norms, standards, and service culture values
Ensure operational excellence and infrastructure stability across all supported countries

This is your background

You have at least 6 years of experience in demanding IT Infrastructure and Production Operations environments.

You enjoy working in international and complex ecosystems and are constantly innovating to improve processes and security. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.

You have built strong experience in IT Infrastructure, Production Operation Steering, and IT Risk & Cyber Security.

You are comfortable coordinating cross-country initiatives, interacting with multiple stakeholders, and driving infrastructure transformation projects while maintaining operational excellence.

Windows Infrastructure Administration (Evolution, Lifecycle, Obsolescence)
Windows Patching & Emergency Patching Management
Vulnerability Management & IT Risk Management
Active Directory & GPO administration
Proxy and Firewall environments linked to workstation infrastructure
Network fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, PXE (Infoblox knowledge is a plus)
Level 2/3 Production Support in international environments
IT Infrastructure project coordination in Agile / DevOps / Cloud-oriented contexts
