IT Continuity Service Now Coordinator

Are you passionate about IT Continuity & Resilience and eager to drive large-scale transformation in complex international environments? Then this position is for you.
As an IT Continuity ServiceNow Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the deployment and optimization of ServiceNow IT Continuity modules and strengthening IT Resilience practices across our ecosystem.
Build side:
Coordinate the deployment of ServiceNow (GRC module) across France and international entities, IT Tribes, Production teams, IT asset owners and IT Risk teams
Lead the implementation of the following modules: IT asset classification, IT Continuity Plans, and IT Continuity Exercises
Ensure alignment with Group roadmap and regulatory requirements (including DORA, especially regarding third parties)
Analyse current processes and propose improvements or new features to enhance the IT Continuity & Resilience framework
Implement structured follow-up for Third Parties in coordination with dedicated teams
Define and improve workflows for validation, documentation centralization and governance within ServiceNow
Run side:
Monitor annual reviews (ASC, IT Continuity Plans) and ensure proper validation workflows in ServiceNow
Follow up on new IT Continuity exercises (validation within 30 days, evidence centralization, workflow tracking)
Support teams in the preparation and execution of new exercises
Oversee the review of IT Continuity & Resilience risks and associated action plans
Calculate, monitor and report KPIs and performance indicators
Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders (IT Tribes, Production, IT Asset Managers, Risk teams, international entities)
Coach teams and advise on IT Continuity & Resilience best practices
This is your background
You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding IT environments. You enjoy working at the crossroads of risk management, IT governance and operational resilience, and you are constantly looking for ways to improve processes and tools.

You have built solid experience in IT Risk, IT Continuity or IT Governance functions within complex organizations. You are comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
This role is a natural next step if you aim to strengthen your expertise in IT Resilience, regulatory compliance, and enterprise-wide ServiceNow deployments, while positioning yourself as a transversal coordinator and subject matter expert.
This is your expertise:
Strong knowledge of IT Risk and IT Continuity & Resilience frameworks
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, preferably within the GRC module
Experience in IT governance, risk assessment and continuity planning
Ability to design and monitor KPIs and reporting dashboards
Good assessment and analytical skills
Familiarity with regulatory environments (e.g., DORA and third-party risk topics)
