Application Support

This is your mission

Are you passionate about automation and application reliability? Then this position is for you.

As an Application Support, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of RPA environments while supporting automation initiatives in our ecosystem:

Build side:

Support the setup and configuration of RPA robots’ environments (development, testing, production)
Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation support processes and procedures
Collaborate with infrastructure and RPA implementation teams to ensure smooth deployments
Participate in onboarding new RPA solutions into production
Document technical procedures and maintain up-to-date operational guidelines
Promote best practices in application support and automation governance

Run side:

Monitor and maintain RPA production environments to ensure high availability and performance
Escalate, track, and follow up on production infrastructure issues
Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
Communicate status updates and incident reports to management and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with established operational procedures and SLAs
Continuously identify opportunities to optimize stability and efficiency

You have at least 3 years of experience in demanding IT production or application support environments. You enjoy working in fast-paced, mission-critical ecosystems and are constantly looking for smarter, more efficient ways to solve problems. You have solid experience in application support and want to deepen your expertise in automation and RPA ecosystems within an international and dynamic environment. You are motivated to evolve in a context that promotes innovation, operational excellence, and cross-team collaboration.

This is your expertise:

Knowledge of IT infrastructure and production environments
Familiarity with automation and RPA environments (a strong plus)
Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes
Knowledge of the banking industry (a plus)
Experience working in Agile / DevOps-oriented environments
