Scrum Master

This is your mission

Are you passionate about Agile leadership and driving high-performing teams in complex Data & AI environments? Then this position is for you.

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile delivery, strengthening team collaboration, and driving continuous improvement within an international Data & AI ecosystem.

You will join a strategic Tribe focused on building transversal analytics solutions used across multiple countries.

Build side:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective) and ensure Agile best practices are applied

• Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, prioritization, and roadmap alignment

• Coach the team on Agile principles and foster a culture of ownership and accountability

• Ensure proper definition of “Done” and quality standards within the squad

• Contribute to the onboarding of new team members and promote knowledge sharing

• Encourage continuous improvement through actionable retrospectives

• Promote Agile maturity and help the team adapt to changing functional and technical contexts

Run side:

• Remove impediments impacting team performance, including cross-team and organizational blockers

• Coordinate with other squads and stakeholders (Scrum of Scrums, Tribe ceremonies, QAP, etc.)

• Ensure effective communication between technical teams, Product Owners, and leadership

• Monitor sprint performance metrics and propose improvements

• Support governance and documentation requirements in a structured enterprise environment

• Maintain alignment with security and compliance standards

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and performance-oriented team environment

This is your background

You have at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in demanding Agile environments, ideally within enterprise or international organizations.

You are comfortable operating in complex ecosystems involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and structured governance frameworks.

This is your expertise:

• Strong experience applying Scrum and Agile frameworks in large-scale environments

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, data engineers, QA, DevOps, business stakeholders)

• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD environments

• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Understanding of REST APIs and modern application architectures

• Knowledge of security protocols (SAML2, OIDC) is a plus

• Professional Scrum Master certification (PSM or equivalent) is a plus
