Data Analyst

This is your mission

As a Data Analyst, you will analyze complex datasets, develop interactive Power BI reports, and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous performance improvement.

Build side:

You will contribute to designing and delivering high-quality analytics solutions:

• Gather and understand business reporting needs

• Analyze datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports

• Build and optimize data models for performance and scalability

• Connect and transform data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, Excel, etc.)

• Ensure clear, visually compelling, and business-oriented dashboards

• Translate business KPIs into measurable and trackable metrics

Run side:

You will ensure the reliability and relevance of reporting solutions:

• Monitor and optimize dashboard performance

• Validate data accuracy, consistency, and integrity

• Support business users in interpreting data and extracting insights

• Proactively identify improvement opportunities in reporting processes

• Maintain clear technical and functional documentation

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

This is your background

You have proven experience as a Data Analyst, with strong expertise in Power BI development and analytics. You are comfortable working in an international environment and communicating with French-speaking stakeholders.

This is your expertise:

• Strong experience with Power BI (dashboard design, DAX, data modeling)

• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases

• Experience in data transformation and ETL processes

• Ability to analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights

• Strong understanding of business KPIs and performance analysis

• Knowledge of data visualization best practices

• Experience in Agile environments is a plus

Language Skills:

• French: C1
