With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential.
Project Manager
This is your mission
Are you passionate about IT production, cloud transformation, and large-scale infrastructure projects? Then this position is for you.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading infrastructure and application production projects, ensuring resilience, compliance, and operational excellence within a complex international ecosystem.
Build side:
Lead end-to-end infrastructure project management (scope, budget, timeline, quality)
Design and implement technical architecture solutions hosting business applications
Ensure compliance with Group standards, security policies, and resilience requirements
Integrate Cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) into project scope with cost and compliance control
Coordinate technical teams (servers, storage, network, middleware) and ensure governance processes are applied
Prepare and manage transition to Application Production (RUN)
Contribute to DevOps, Agility, and Move2Cloud transformation initiatives
Run side:
Ensure full autonomy of RUN entities and Application Support teams in maintaining operational conditions
Define and validate SLA and KPI for production support
Oversee monitoring and observability strategy (e.g., Dynatrace)
Manage obsolescence, decommissioning, and technical-application resilience
Coordinate stakeholders and manage project reporting to APS/ADM Management
Ensure governance through Business Validation, Monitoring, and Steering Committees
Organize critical production operations (including off-hours/weekend when required)
Work closely with FinOps and decommissioning teams to ensure financial and security compliance
This is your background
You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding IT Production, Infrastructure, or DevOps environments. You enjoy driving complex technical projects in international contexts and are constantly innovating.

This is your expertise:
Strong understanding of IT production environments (Linux, middleware, databases, scheduling tools)
Monitoring & Observability (Dynatrace or equivalent)
DevOps & CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines
Containers & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP (certification such as AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals is a plus)
Project management tools: Microsoft Project, Jira Portfolio, Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com
Knowledge of legacy tools such as Websphere, Autosys, and CFT file transfer
Global knowledge of IT governance frameworks and regulatory constraints
Fluent English (mandatory)
