Test Manager
This is your mission
Are you passionate about quality assurance and driving excellence across complex IT landscapes? Then this position is for you.
As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of test projects and leading end-to-end test activities across multiple squads or Tribes in our ecosystem.
Build side:
Define and validate the overall test strategy for multiple projects or a Tribe
Organise scoping workshops and ensure completeness and consistency of test documentation
Elaborate and structure the different required test levels and types (SIT, UAT, regression, automation, etc.)
Develop macro and detailed estimations, planning, and budget forecasts for test activities
Identify required resources (human and material) and structure the test team organisation
Identify, assess and monitor test-related risks and define mitigation action plans
Ensure validation and communication of all test design deliverables in line with standards and commitments
Provide methodological support and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes
Run side:
Oversee and coordinate test execution across one or more projects or Tribes
Decide Go/No Go for test phases and ensure readiness criteria are met
Ensure proper defect management and test result tracking in the reference tools
Monitor budget, planning, quality and team commitments throughout the project lifecycle
Organise and lead test progress & defect committees with stakeholders
Ensure active user participation during test phases
Produce and present test progress reports to project managers and management
Lead test closure activities, including final reporting and lessons learned reviews
Perform post-project reviews with test team members and identify improvement areas
This is your background
You have at least 8 years of experience in demanding IT and testing environments, ideally within financial services such as life insurance or banking. You are experienced in managing a portfolio of projects within an Agile context and are comfortable leading test automation initiatives in CI/CD environments.
You enjoy building structured, high-performing teams and are constantly innovating to improve quality and efficiency. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.

You have progressively evolved from hands-on test activities to leading complex test organisations. You have managed multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business expectations, quality standards and delivery commitments.
You are now looking to take full ownership of a test portfolio, driving governance, methodology and continuous improvement while contributing strategically to project success.
This is your expertise:
Strong knowledge of test methodologies and principles (ISTQB vocabulary and standards)
Proven experience in Agile environments and CI/CD ecosystems
Test automation management and coordination
Risk identification, tracking and mitigation planning
Budget forecasting and cost control of test activities
Experience in life insurance or banking application testing (desirable)
