This is your mission
Are you passionate about IT operations, governance, and continuous improvement? Then this position is for you.
As a Change & Release Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling changes and releases across project and BAU activities, while ensuring operational continuity through backup Incident Management responsibilities.
Build side:
Coordinate end-to-end Change & Release processes across impacted IT teams
Work closely with IT Managers to ensure change readiness, risk assessment, validation, and execution
Collaborate with application teams and service providers to prepare and evaluate releases
Participate actively in BAU Change & Release activities in alternance with the current Change Manager
Define, document, and improve Change, Release, and Incident Management procedures
Identify opportunities for process improvement aligned with ITIL best practices
Run side:
Maintain operational oversight of Change & Release activities to ensure process compliance
Challenge service providers to ensure quality, reliability, and adherence to agreed procedures
Act as backup Incident Manager when required, ensuring full operational continuity
Coordinate, communicate, and drive resolution of major incidents
Ensure high-quality incident reporting, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards related to Change, Release, and Incident Management

Solid experience in IT operations, process management, or service management
Strong exposure to Change, Release, and Incident Management in complex environments
Experience working with external service providers and challenging delivery quality
Familiarity with audits and governance frameworks
Strong operational discipline and coordination skills

Development toward senior IT service management or operational governance roles
Increased ownership of ITIL processes and service quality

Change & Release Management processes (ITIL)
Incident Management, including major incident coordination
Audit preparation and process governance
Continuous improvement and operational excellence
KPI, SLA, and quality monitoring
Azure DevOps for change, release, and operational tracking
