Modern Workplace Engineer M/F

This is your mission

Are you passionate about modern collaboration, cloud workplace solutions, and Microsoft 365? Then this position is for you.

As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, migrating, and operating Microsoft 365 services, while supporting users and driving digital transformation across our ecosystem.

Build side:

• Plan and execute migration projects from Exchange On-Premise to Exchange Online

• Design and deploy Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance, and security

• Configure Microsoft 365 tenants and core services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

• Implement modern collaboration solutions aligned with business needs

• Integrate and configure productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and AI-based agents

• Define security and compliance configurations in collaboration with security teams

Run side:

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 and multi-tenant environments

• Ensure availability, performance, and security of M365 services

• Provide Level 3 technical support for complex M365, Intune, and Exchange incidents

• Monitor, optimise, and continuously improve tenant configurations

• Support user adoption through documentation, training, and best practices

• Ensure compliance with cloud security standards and regulatory requirements

This is your background

You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 in complex IT environments.
You enjoy cloud transformation projects, solving complex technical challenges, and working autonomously while collaborating with diverse teams.
