Senior AI Engineer

Are you passionate about Generative AI and large language models (LLMs)? Then this position is for you.

As Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge AI solutions, with a particular focus on leveraging Generative AI technologies to solve real-world challenges.

Build side:

Design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions powered by Generative AI, particularly focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs).
Build and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable AI systems, including data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with external tools and platforms.
Develop RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) solutions and AI agents to make large data sources accessible and usable.
Contribute to the creation of an enterprise AI platform that integrates AI agents, RAG, and other cutting-edge technologies for multiple business use cases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations) to design and implement impactful AI-driven solutions.

Run side:

Drive continuous improvement in development processes to enhance scalability, security, and performance.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technologies and share insights with the team to foster innovation and technical excellence.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI solutions into the current technological landscape.
Participate in the architecture and strategic direction of the AI platform.
Contribute to the industrialization and centralization of AI tools across the organization.

Software Engineering Best Practices: Deep understanding of software design patterns, API development, and scalability.
Development Methodologies: Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipeline setups, and related tools.
