Kofax Developer

Are you passionate about digital document management and workflow optimization? Then this position is for you.

As a Kofax Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining the operational health of the applications within the Digital Publishing ecosystem, specifically the ADOC application for document processing and archiving in our team.

Build side:

Design and develop changes to the ADOC document processing workflow
Conduct evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the ADOC document processing workflow and INSIGHT reporting
Develop and implement improvements for RAD / LAD performance
Provide support for the modeling of structured documents to optimize data extraction
Analyze RAD / LAD statistics collected with the INSIGHT component and propose improvements

Run side:

Daily monitoring of desktop publishing applications, GED, and workflow health (morning checks, reprocessing rejections, relaunching suspended jobs, processing alerts)
Validate the proper functioning of the ADOC application during software and infrastructure upgrades
Analyze and resolve production incidents, communicating progress to the declarant and IT support teams
Assist ADOC users with their inquiries and requests
Collaborate with our outsourcer OPS / ITG for incident reporting and change requests
Provide daily reporting on business performance (stock, flow processed, differences)

You have at least 2 years of experience in demanding IT development and support environments. You are a proactive and solution-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction. You are passionate about continuously improving processes and the technologies you work with.
